How to make Peanut Butter at home!

Yield – Peanut butter
5 Minute Homemade Peanut Butter! Just peanuts, a food processor, and 5 minutes. DONE! Soo creamy, delicious, and EASY!
- 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or sugar
- Some salt - to taste
Place peanuts in a food processor. Turn on the food processor & run it for 4-5 minutes. During this time, you’ll see the peanuts go in stages from crumbs to a dry ball to a smooth and creamy “liquid” peanut butter. Stir in some sugar, honey, or salt, as per your taste.
Store it in the fridge or keep outside at room temperature if you think you’ll consume it fast enough (You can store it both ways – I’d suggest refrigeration if you’re going to keep it for a week or longer).

Peanut butter is comprised of about 25% protein, making it an excellent plant-based protein source. However, it is low in the essential amino acid methionine.

Peanuts are low in carbs and suitable for people with type 2 diabetes or those following a low-carb diet
- High in Healthy Fats
Pure peanut butter is a good source of healthy fats. While some people have been worried about its omega-6 linoleic acid content, limited evidence justifies their concerns.
